You can now have a visa free stay for up to 72 hours if you fly in to Helsinki and use the new night ferry to st. Petersburg. We will even provide the group with Russian dolls with the company’s logotype free of charge for confirmation before October 1st. Moscow Hippodrome

Inside the city of Moscow you can arrange your own Horseracing competition with entertainemnt and activities during weekdays! You can also particpate with catering during the actual weekends race days.The Central Moscow Hippodrome is one of the largest racetracks in Russia and the oldest in Europe founded in 1834. Today it's a modern testing and research ground with an experienced base for Breeding Research. There is a riding school opened at the racetrack. Every weekend there are five different rallies on the racetracks and totally some1000 trotters will be seen per year.

Being green

Being green is not as easy as you may want it. Especially when you are travelling. However, you can become more environmentally friendly just by adding a few bits and pieces to your program. For example, when you are within walking distance to your venue, why not walk? In Moscow the subway is the most fastest way to get from point A to point B and the stations down there are fabulous. As a team building activity, you can plant a tree in the Moscow Botanical Garden and during the conferences we can provide eco-friendly pens and paper made from recycled materials.
